Get in touch
For website questions, corrections, accessibility problems or rights concerns, write to [email protected]. This page has no form and does not collect a message in your browser. Use your own email service to send a message.
Report a game problem
Include the game name, page address, browser and device, what you clicked and what appeared. Say whether the problem happened before Play Now, while loading or during play. If possible, describe the last successful action and any visible error. Never include passwords, payment information or private saved data.
Corrections and accessibility
For an instruction correction, identify the sentence and describe the behavior you observed. For an accessibility issue, mention the keyboard, screen reader, zoom setting or display size involved. A concise description of the task you could not complete is more useful than a general statement that a page did not work.
Make your request easy to identify
Use a short subject such as Game loading, Control correction, Accessibility, Privacy request, or Copyright concern, followed by the game or page name. Explain the result you expected and what actually happened. If the issue is repeatable, list the actions in order. A screenshot can help when it shows a visible error or an unclear control, but remove personal details, browser account names, and unrelated tabs before sending it.
Privacy and copyright requests
For a privacy request, describe the information or correspondence concerned and use the address involved where possible. Do not send an identity document with the first message. For a copyright concern, identify the work, the exact page and item, your relationship to the rights holder, and the change requested. The Privacy Policy and Copyright pages explain the scope of these requests. A request about an independent game or video service may also need to be directed to that service.
What this contact channel can address
This address is for the website's content, navigation, accessibility, privacy questions, and rights concerns. It is not a game account-recovery service, payment desk, or channel for restoring a save controlled by another host. Do not send money, passwords, authentication codes, or executable files. A reply time cannot be guaranteed; if further information is needed, a focused explanation of the issue will make follow-up easier. Messages are not published as comments or player reviews.
