Terms of Service

Playing and reading
Use the website and its embedded players lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass another service’s access controls or interfere with other visitors. Instructions describe the browser versions inspected; game updates, device settings and host availability may change what you see.
Game availability
Games and videos run on separate services. Their owners control availability, save behavior and their own terms. A loading message does not guarantee a host will accept a connection. Retrying can help a temporary failure, but some restrictions require changes by the game host.
Writing and ownership
Original instructions and the arrangement of this site are provided for individual reading. Game characters, artwork, names, music and software remain the property of their respective owners. This site does not grant a license to redistribute those materials.
Problems and changes
No purchase or account is required by this site. Stop using a game if it behaves unexpectedly. You are responsible for protecting your device and checking the effects of browser data changes. These terms may change when the site’s actual features change.
Scope of these terms
These terms cover access to this website's pages, instructions, navigation, and embedded-player controls. They do not transfer ownership of a game or replace the independent terms of the services that host games and videos. Using a player may involve a connection to those services. Read the page's controls and any notices presented by the game before beginning. If you do not agree to these conditions, stop using the website.
Acceptable access and conduct
Do not introduce malicious code, probe for unauthorized access, attempt to obtain another person's information, overwhelm the service with abusive requests, or misrepresent a relationship with the website or a game creator. Do not circumvent security restrictions or use the website to infringe another person's rights. Ordinary personal browsing and following game instructions are permitted; access does not give permission to copy the site in bulk or redistribute game files.
Devices, controls, and progress
You are responsible for your browser, network connection, device settings, and any connection charges. Games may require a keyboard, mouse, sound permission, or compatible graphics support. Fullscreen changes the viewing area and does not guarantee device compatibility. Saved progress is controlled by the individual game and its browser environment. Reloading, switching devices, using private browsing, or deleting stored data can affect progress; this website does not provide a backup or recovery account.
Availability and limits of the information
Pages and players are provided on an as-available basis. Third-party hosts may update, restrict, redirect, or remove content without this website controlling the change. Instructions are intended to help with the described browser version, but they are not a guarantee of completion, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every device. Stop an unexpected connection and report the page if its content no longer matches the game described. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Corrections, access changes, and questions
A page may be corrected, a player may be disabled, or content may be removed to address an error, a security issue, a rights concern, or a change in availability. Any updated conditions will be shown with the page's update date. A delay in addressing an issue does not grant permission to misuse the service. Questions about these terms can be sent to [email protected]; identify the relevant page and the condition you want clarified.
